New Year Resolutions 2015

We're quickly approaching the start of the new year, so I thought we'd share with you our resolutions. When coming up with our resolutions, we tried to think long and hard about what we wanted to accomplish in the new year. Some of us(Tessa) have a lot of new opportunities beginning in January including attending puppy obedience class with my brother. We're excited to see what we can accomplish in 2015!
Dobby:
  • Earn the Novice Versatility Title and move up to Open in all classes
  • Visit more people during therapy visits
  • Eat lots of treats, cuddle with mom and chase a lot of squirrels
Tessa:
  • Graduate puppy obedience class with Alex
  • Compete in my first agility trial around November 2015 (Dogs have to be 18 months old to compete in NADAC)
  • Not get in trouble for being a bad puppy and get lots of yummy treats
Rachel:
  • Get organized to be able to schedule more posts and continue to post more on the blog
  • Gain a larger following on our social media sites( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram specifically)
  • Work on becoming a better agility handler by improving my cues and handling skills
  • Push my boundaries in order to learn and experience more things in the coming year
  • Post more videos of training and trialing with both dogs
  • Show love and appreciation to both dogs each and every day

What resolution have you and your dogs made?

  1. we only have one new year resolution - and that is NOT to make any resolutions. Life is way to over planned these days - it is fun to just be spontaneous and go with the flow and do things as they happen

    1. I agree with you that life is way too over planned. That's the great thing about dogs-they go with the flow!

    1. Hopefully we'll be able to accomplish many of them, if not I'm thankful for every opportunity we're given, even if that means cuddling on the couch after a long day!

  5. Great resolutions! Ours look pretty similar in terms of content, growing following, and training (although I could take or leave that part, pawsonally ;) ). Hope you guys have a swell 2015! *wags* - Gilligan from WagsAhoy.com
